Dr. Hiba Ibrahim Akeela holds a Bachelor's degree in Medicine and General Surgery – Dubai, U.A.E. . She studied Internal Medicine in Dubai hospitals before she specialized in Sport and Exercise Medicine (SEM) in the United Kingdom, and obtained a clinical Master's degree (MSc) in Sport and Exercise Medicine (SEM) from the University of Bath – U.K.
She worked in many departments and hospitals in Britain, focusing on the treating of sports injuries, rehabilitation after cardiothoracic surgeries, orthopedics surgeries for elderlies, and treatment of chronic diseases with exercise interventions and prescriptions.
She is a member of the British Association of Sport and Exercise Medicine (BASEM) and the European Association for Preventive Cardiology (EAPC).
Services provided:

Diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of sports injuries

Chronic muscle and joint diseases (musculoskeletal diseases)

Exercise programs for chronic diseases such as high blood pressure and diabetes
